We have smart phones and smart TVs, so why not smart fridges? That’s LG’s reckoning with this, its latest connected chiller. It can hook up wirelessly with your TV and phone, so you can check stocks or order more from the lounge or on the go. You can check when your grub goes off, so you’ll never have to throw anything out again, and it’ll even suggest meals using the ingredients. (In our case, a Mars bar and half a bottle of cola.) Just speak to enter an item to the database. This is proper futuristic stuff, and it’s here now.
