Next up in our countdown of the hottest 100 gadgets on the planet is the Asus Padfone tablet/smartphone

The screen grows to 10.1 inches, battery life is extended and you have two great gadgets for the price of one, with – most impressively – only a single 3G data plan required between them. Very nice, and you can even plug the Asus Transformer Prime’s keyboard in to turn it into a laptop. The stylus that doubles as a headset is back in “funny turn” territory, mind.
