Poll: Will the Amazon Kindle Fire outsell the Apple iPad?

Amazon’s finally lifted the lid on its Android tablet, the Amazon Kindle Fire, but will its low price point and added portability be enough to usurp sales from the current king of the tablet sales charts?

After months of waiting and well over a year of huge success with the Kindle 3 e-reader, Amazon has unveiled its big assault on the booming tablet market. The Amazon Kindle Fire. The 7-inch, dual core tab comes in with a bag full of tricks and, crucially, a price point of just $199 (roughly £130).

Apple’s iPad currently holds around 80 per cent of the tablet market share, but will Amazon, with its competitive pricing and grounding in e-books, change that? Answer the poll below to let us know what you think…
