Sony Vaio VGN-TZ21WN/B
We all know Sony makes great gadgets and the TZ21 is another corker
Forgetting the eye-curdling price tag for just a second, this carbon-fibre clad lappy has it all. DVD drive, loads of connectivity options, a ULV processor, a 2Gb wedge of memory, wi-fi and a SIM card slot for instant internet access.
The cracking 11.1 LED screen is fantastic. Showing off an impressive range of colours in DVD movies and Windows.
The best bit, however, is its sheer portability; 1.2Kg and 30mm high. Even the power adapter has been shaved to reduce size. The almost six hour battery life piddles on half the laptops on the market.
For such a squirt, the TZ21 is sturdy - hinges are reinforced and the lid doesn't flex. But then there's the price, which we really can't overlook -- it's £400 more expensive than our winner and almost identical in stats.
