At last, a stylish DECT phone.

Philips has done the hitherto impossible and created a Skype/DECT phone that's actually rather stylish. Combining Skype with 20th century-style landline calls, it has a loudspeaker and room for 500 contacts.

Plug this into your router and phone line and you can access Skype almost instantly - no need for troublesome PC activation. Connection is smooth, but call quality, like a Scalextric track, is a little coarse.
