Sharp's first Soundbar is set for it's debut later this month.

Sharp's first soundbar will launch later this month, the company revealed today in its press conference at CES.

The HT-SB300 and HT-SB200 both sit under your TV, with the former containing slightly more advanced Dolby sound technology.

Again, it's been keen to stress how people are looking for convenience in these trying times, and this will suit them.

Also making waves in the company's sound department are the MPC40 and MPC30 surround sound systems, which both come with Blu-ray player, amp, five speakers anda sub.

The MPC40 has black wooden cabinet speakers, while with the MPC30 you get slightly lower rent black synthetic ones. Both are coming this Spring, and are slightly less convenient, although louder, than a soundbar.

Meanhwile, its two new standalone Blu-ray players come with advanced audio decoding and lower power consumption. You also get a 2GB USB drive with the BD-HP22U, but not the BD-HP16U. Both are released in March.
