Parrot offers Martin Szekely-designed digital photo frame 'Specchio' at CES 2009
Display up to 1,500 photos in style. French style.
Parrot’s using the old ‘ducks up the wall’ method with their products these days, collaborating with designers only your friends in fashion have heard of. Their latest marriage is with Martin Szekely, a French designer who has lent his name to a Bluetooth digital photo frame much more attractive than Andree Putman’s attempt. Meet Specchio, the latest in digital photo frame chic.
In addition to receiving photos via Bluetooth, it also accepts your pics via an SD/MMC card slot and mini USB port, and even from your Picasa or Flickr photo albums via Wi-Fi.
Measuring 7-inches, the LCD screen stores up to 1,500 photos, and as no word has been mentioned about pricing, we’re going to take a stab and say it’ll be between £250 - £400.
